This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Click Site Digital, a trading name of EMPATHY EARS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing services from ClickSiteDigital.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

 


1. General Policy

Click Site Digital provides digital services including website design, development, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of these services and the time involved in creating custom work, all sales are generally considered final once work has begun.

 


2. Website Design Services

Clients are charged at the time of purchase when ordering website design packages through our website.

Because website design involves planning, design work, and development, refunds are handled as follows:

Before Work Begins

If a refund request is made before work has started, the request may be considered and processed at our discretion.

After Work Has Started

Once work on the project has started, payments are non-refundable due to the time and resources already invested in the project.

 


3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Each website package includes a limited number of revisions as stated on the service page.

If a client is not satisfied with an aspect of the website, we will work with the client to address concerns within the scope of the purchased package rather than issuing refunds.

Additional revisions beyond those included in the package may require an additional fee.

 


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials required to complete the project, including:

  • text content
  • images and logos
  • business information
  • branding details

Delays or failure to provide required materials may delay the project but do not qualify for refunds.

 


5. Hosting and Maintenance Plans

If a client subscribes to a hosting or maintenance plan, payments are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However:

  • payments already made are non-refundable
  • cancellation will stop future billing cycles

Website hosting or maintenance services may be suspended if payment is not received.

 


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Click Site Digital first to resolve any issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter directly may be considered a violation of this agreement.

 


7. Exceptions

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Click Site Digital and EMPATHY EARS LTD.
