Clients are charged at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Work on a project begins once payment has been successfully received.
For subscription-based services such as hosting or website maintenance, payments may be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary materials and information required to complete their project, including but not limited to:

- text content
- images and logos
- contact details
- branding materials
Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may delay project completion.
4. Revisions
Each website package includes a limited number of revisions as described on the service page.
Additional revisions beyond those included in the purchased package may be subject to additional fees.

Clients should submit revision requests within a reasonable time after delivery.

Failure to maintain an active hosting or maintenance plan may affect website performance or availability.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and the time involved in website development, payments for website design services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Refund requests may be considered only if the project has not yet started.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the completed website design and content developed specifically for their project.
Click Site Digital reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
